Welcome to Our Weekly Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release Classes
Join us for a meditative and nourishing practice that blends yoga with mindfulness. Rooted in acupressure, this healing art connects you to your body’s innate wisdom.

Origins and Effects
Yin Yoga, inspired by Taoist traditions and martial arts, works deeply within the body, targeting tendons, ligaments, fascia, and organs. In Chinese medicine, Qi is the vital life force flowing through channels within connective tissues. A regular Yin practice can nourish, protect, and even support the healing of visceral organs.

The Practice
Postures are held for about 3 to 7 minutes, with powerful non-resistance. Curiosity is key. When we notice a subtle blue spot sensation, this is felt acupressure. After pressure comes release; the body receives new space, described like a “flow”.

Why Practice Yin?
Yin Yoga delivers profound benefits:
• Reduces stress and regulates the nervous system, often resulting in complete relaxation.
• Strengthens ligaments, tendons, and the muscular system. Perfect for athletes, runners, and cyclists.
• Enhances mental clarity, offering a fresh perspective and reduced stress levels.
• Encourages balance and restoration, in a practice close to nature.

These Yin classes are guided from a long path of experience, accompanied by well resourced myofascial release techniques, with breath works and mindfulness.

The Perfect Midday Reset
Find your breath. Ideal practice to blend into the busyness of a working day. The best breaks are the ones that uplift your spirit and offer self reflection.
