Yoga

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline mainly originated in India over 5000 years ago. With the regular practice of Yoga, one harmonizes body and mind through various breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditation. Once in harmony, the journey through life becomes calmer and more fulfilled.

Weekly yoga classes are supportive. Choose a practice to offer yourself that needed space to heal from within or gain the pause to breathe and be. Classes cultivate a healthy body and mind.
