The perfect balance
During your personalised retreat, you will be guided through mindfulness meditation, yin yoga, shared reflections, moments of silence, free time and nourishing vegetarian meals. Everything is adapted to you and your needs, always aiming toward greater openness, simplicity and inner harmony.
Yoga, practiced mindfully, helps unlock the body, release tension and cultivate balance in our energy. It becomes a bridge to mindfulness, anchoring us in the present moment through breath and movement. This centeredness supports the mind as it enters deeper meditation, allowing us to uncover and explore the subtler qualities of our experience.
Together, yoga and mindfulness invite us to inhabit our bodies and minds more fully, nurturing clarity, compassion and a profound sense of connection.
Notes
• All materials are provided; no need to bring your own yoga mat or meditation cushion.
• No previous experience with yoga or meditation is required.
• The retreat is guided in English.
A possible daily program (adjusted according to your personal needs):
10:00 — Daily check-in, personal plan, yoga
11:30 — Mindfulness meditation
12:30 / 13:00 — Lunch with the team
14:00 — Practice, walking meditation or inquiry
15:00 — Pranayama, yoga nidra or mindfulness meditation
16:00 / 16:30 — Private free time
We also offer a variety of optional experiences: a raw cacao ritual, tea ceremony with herbal infusions, personal coaching, or a floating session in warm weather. Practice in nature is woven into the retreat, and sessions can be extended to the beach. We can also arrange surf classes with transfer if desired.

Our personal retreats range from 2 to 5 days and include guidance, accommodation, and meals. Our meals are vegetarian or pescatarian, including fresh eggs from the chickens who live on the land and yogurts if you want. Food is biological and organic.
Please make sure we know if you have allergies to include in the meal plans. The Vegetarian chef will provide us the lunch. Rich in colour and flavor, to feel nourished and energized.

Your teachers and hosts: João and Francisca are guiding mindfulness and yoga retreats together since 2015, drawing from a combined 40 years of experience.
Today, they live on this peaceful farm with their young daughter, surrounded by nature and the simplicity of contemplative living. Together, they form a team where presence, compassion, and inner work come to life.
Their work is their offering—a blend of paths, traditions, and teachings, created with the intention to support others on their journey toward awareness, healing, and transformation.
