Sattvic Kitchen: Food as Medicine for Body, Mind & Soul

A hands-on Ayurvedic experience of conscious cooking, science, and nourishment.

In a world where ancient wisdom and modern science are finally meeting, we’re rediscovering what Ayurveda has always known:
Food is medicine. Not just for the body, but for the mind and soul.
This immersive workshop is a deep dive into the healing power of food, combining Ayurvedic principles like sattva, prana, and the gunas, with today’s scientific understanding of the gut-brain connection, microbiota, and the vagus nerve.
We will not only talk about food, we will cook it together, with awareness and care. This is a hands-on cooking experience: you’ll learn how to prepare kitchari, a simple and nourishing Ayurvedic dish known for its balancing and digestive properties. Together we’ll create the meal step by step, learning how the way we cook, with presence, intention, and sattvic energy, is just as important as what we eat.
Through reflection, shared practice, and connection with nature, we explore how nourishing yourself can become a sacred act, even in a modern, busy life.

This workshop is for you if you:
• Feel the impact of food on your mood, energy or focus and want to understand why
• Want to cook and eat in a more balanced, mindful way, without rigid rules
• Are curious about Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle
• Live a busy life but want to reconnect to your body and your food

What you’ll take home:
• A deeper awareness of how food shapes your health, thoughts, and energy
• Tools for bringing balance into everyday meals, even with limited time
• A renewed connection to your intuition and inner rhythm
• A delicious Ayurvedic recipe to repeat at home
• A shared memory of calm, community, and nourishment
