This masterclass is designed to provide a long Yin practice with Myofascial release, tailored to the needs of the practitioners.
The morning includes tea, water and snacks, with all materials provided.
Being held on this bright full Harvest Moon day we create space after the practice for a sacred moon ritual with tarot.
