Immerse yourself in a sound journey, where you will be gently guided by original compositions, intuitively created on piano, synths, and crystal bowls. This transformative experience seamlessly combines the healing vibrations of music with the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra – a guided body scan, like awakened sleep. In other words, a state of consciousness where the mind stays alert while the body completely unwinds to let go and deeply rest.
Through the union of sound and stillness, you’ll travel to release tensions, restore balance, and experience a sense of renewal, creating a real sanctuary of peace for body, mind and spirit.
This is the first new moon day in 2026 to amplify your intentions and build solid foundations towards long term goals or new beginnings.
Note: During the sound journey, you’ll be lying down for maximum relaxation. The yoga mats and futons will be provided, we do suggest to bring a blanket or sleeping bag to stay cozy. Guidance is in Portuguese and English.

Ana Rita Pinto – Moon Frequencies is a musician and composer with academic degree in music, music pedagogy and energetic medicine. Her project Moon Frequencies, was born from the union of piano techniques and composition, with the sensitivity of crystal bowls and sound healing, aiming to promote well-being, relaxation and inner balance for those listening. In addition to teaching piano, she performs meditative and sound healing concerts.
Francisca Schouten is devoted to Yoga practice since 2004 and in 2014 she began to teach in the Netherlands. She completed many Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings and Specializations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal. Applied Yoga Therapy. Yoga Alliance Education certified.
