Yoga – The Art of Adjusting

“Asana is mastered when all effort is relaxed and the mind is absorbed in the infinite.”
Patanjali

In this workshop we explore the art of adjusting for yoga practitioners and teachers. It is a fun and insightful approach, that allows us to reflect deeper on what it means to adjust.

A theme that reflects beyond the mat. As Patanjali Yoga Sūtra 1.14 describes: Practice takes time, patience and a positive attitude.

This is what you get:
• Sutras, Ethics and Attitudes
• Sun salutations, Key poses
• Positioning, Haptonomy
• Retreat day in nature
• Space to connect

Adjustments become accessible with mechanics, preparation and practice.

We include drinks and light snacks. For lunch we bring our own meals, plate and cutlery. Make sure the food is light and you do not need to heat it.
After attendance you’ll receive the workshop PDF and if requested a certificate of attendance.

This day will be in guided in english with basic portuguese translation if needed.
