Meditation | Flower Ritual | Plant Painting | Botanical Watercolours
This workshop is an invitation to connect with the essence of flowers and medicinal plants in a mindful and creative way. The practice of natural painting engages all our senses and allows us to experience the colours, smells and harmonizing effects of the plants around us.
Together we will explore the secrets of extracting colour from nasturtium, nettle, rose, hibiscus and calendula and learn about the ancient craft of making botanical watercolours. This is an opportunity for you to get creative and experiment with a variety of painting techniques, while engaging all your senses and enjoying the peacefulness of nature.

• Preserving a bottle of botanical watercolour
• Group sharing and reflection
Included in the price is:
• Watercolour paper
• All other natural materials for painting, such as flowers, mineral salts, vinegar etc.
• A small bottle of floral paint to take home
No prior experience with painting is needed. This is an intuitive and playful process with a focus on the therapeutic benefits of experimenting and painting in line with nature.
The knowledge shared in this workshop is inspired by Sevengardens, a UN-funded global project for sustainable arts and education. Sevengardens teaches about the use of sustainable materials in arts to raise awareness for environmental issues and inspire conscious action for the protection of our planet.

Facilitator: Klaudia Marta Rogowski has a passion for creating spaces that supports others on their journey of self-discovery and creative expression. With a curiosity for the interconnection between body and mind, she has completed studies in psychology, art therapy, yoga and meditation and is a guide of mindful art practices, such as intuitive painting and clay sculpting. Passionate about nature and the power of sound, she weaves those into her work, crafting spaces for insight, healing and grow. Her own art reflects a deep appreciation for nature and invites others to tune into the earth’s wisdom.
